about usethnicomm was originally established by Bhupesh Shah in 1995 as a small niche marketing firm catering to the needs of businesses seeking to connect with ethnic markets. In 2005, the company incorporated and expanded their services to include

sales, marketing and web strategy services.

Bhupesh has been a buyer, a seller and a marketer for companies ranging in size from $7 million to $7 billion. During the fall and winter, he can often be found in lecture halls - fulfilling his lifelong goal of teaching by working part-time as an instructor of marketing and other business-related courses for the Industrial Design, Logistics and Supply Chain departments at the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a B.Sc in Anthropology and Microbiology/Biochemistry from the University of Toronto.
